For the app developer or support. Nothing here needs you to act unless support asks.
Deadlines, Group dates, address collection, activity and emails use this time zone.
We usually reply within 1 business day (Hong Kong time). Never send passwords, access tokens or your backers' personal data by email.

One payment per campaign. Use that campaign for as long as you need — even years after your Kickstarter ends. No subscription. Your store's Sandbox for testing comes with your first campaign.
Campaigns you can create now: …
No purchases yet.
Your store has one Sandbox. It is created when you buy your first campaign.
Select a campaign row, or its View action, to open it.
Buy a campaign first
Each campaign you create uses one campaign bought in Billing. Your store's Sandbox is created with the first one.
Use the Copy setup tab: choose this Sandbox as From and your campaign as To. Copy setup creates no new campaign and uses nothing up.
Every candidate below was found in a validated Kickstarter Backer Report for this campaign, or added manually. Map each one to exactly one Shopify product variant, or mark it ignored — nothing is mapped automatically.
Map a reward tier by its Reward ID, or an add-on by the number in its "[Addon: <id>]" column, before you upload the file. Titles come from the file later.
Open needs both shipping rates chosen under Shipping below.
Only you see the internal description. Backers see the campaign by its name.
Read from your Shopify store. Pledge credit, Group benefits and campaign prices use it.
A short code for this campaign, for example GTR for a campaign called Great Tea Robbery.

Every change you make is sent to Shopify by itself within a few seconds. Use Sync now only if support asks you to.

They show this campaign's notice and ship the way this campaign ships. Public purchase (in Settings) decides whether shoppers who are not backers may buy them too.
Only this campaign's backers can buy these, in every campaign state. With the app embed on, exclusive products are hidden from your home page, collections, search and recommendations. Someone with a direct link can open the product page but cannot buy it.
A lower price on a store product for this campaign's linked backers only. Everyone else keeps the normal price. A Group fixed price on the same product wins.
What happened in this campaign, newest first: imports, state changes, pledge credit, billing, emails sent and customer links made by hand. Read-only.
Copy configuration from one campaign into another (the Sandbox included). Nothing in the target is overwritten or deleted: items it already has are skipped. Pledges, backers, customer links, credit, orders, links, survey answers, addresses, history and Group members are never copied. Copying creates no campaign.
Backer segments inside this campaign, and the benefit each one grants. A Group can grant a fixed campaign credit or a fixed price on one product — nothing else. If a backer qualifies for more than one Group, no benefit is applied and the conflict is shown here for you to resolve.
Archiving a Group stops its benefit for good and keeps its history; it cannot be undone. Members, benefit and dates update backers' prices and credit by themselves in the background.

Fulfilment status is your own record of where each pledge is (Preparing, Shipped / Fulfilled, On hold). Readiness is worked out automatically from the order, the survey and the address.
This updates internal Native Pledge Manager fulfillment status only. It does not create Shopify orders, shipping labels, or fulfillment records.
Review campaign fulfillment readiness, download creator-only operational CSV exports, and inspect internal fulfillment activity. Exports are internal to Native Pledge Manager and do not create Shopify orders, labels, fulfillment records, inventory changes, or payments.
These two filters apply to BOTH the report totals below and the filtered CSV export further down — "Download all pledges, including Test Pledges" always includes Test Pledges regardless of what is checked here.
Download creator-only pledge and shipping information for the selected internal fulfillment view. This does not create Shopify orders, shipping labels, fulfillment records, inventory changes, or payments.
Uploading identifies source backers and source item candidates (rewards and campaign-specific add-ons) and records any row problems. Nothing is imported as a pledge until you review and confirm below.
